[How-to] Chrome Tips: 3 ways to easily manage tabs.

Google's Chrome browser is full of shortcuts, hidden functions, and tweaks that can save you time and improve your workflow. Here we represent you how to reorder and manage tabs.


1. Rearrange tabs.

You can easily rearrange the tabs at the top of your window by clicking a tab and drag it to different position. 




2. Drag out/Drag in

To move a tab into a new window, simply click and drag the tab down past the address bar. Similarly, to move the tab to a different window, click and drag the tab from its original window to the top of the destination window.

Extra tips: Move multiple tabs to a new window
  • Hold Ctrl, and click the tabs you want to move, and drag these tabs down past the address bar.
  • Hold Shift, you can select ranges of tabs once.
3. Close tabs

Quickly close the tab by middle-clicking a tab's title box, and it will cause the tab to close.
